In 1995 Andree and her family came into Rocky's dealership, found the home they were looking for, heard about Crepemyrtle, purchased the home and moved into the park. The family lived there for 27 years. During that time Andree was a field service laboratory technician specializing in Quality Control for completion and production additives in the oil industry. Andree retired from the oil industry after 42 years.

In 2013 Crepemyrle  decided to add to the management staff. Andree had been living in the park 17 years at that time, she was active in parks affairs, always speaking for the residents. Her desire to live in a community with high standards was evident. She was a natural choice. In a very short time full management and day to day operations was her responsibility.
