  Absolutely love Crepemyrtle. I have lived in this community since I was 2 years old. My grandmother and mother both lived here since I was a child and now as an adult I live here in my childhood home. This place has always been my home and I couldn't imagine it otherwise. It's such a great and safe community with lovely caring neighbors. It has had so many positive changes throughout time and only will continue to grow

We have lived in this community for 21 years. My husband and I raised all 4 of our children here and now get the joy of having our grandchildren over to play where their parents once played. It has always been a safe environment to raise a family which is why we chose to purchase our second home and stay in the neighborhood. This community is like no other. We have the most caring neighbors who are quick to jump into action and offer help whenever a need arises. We love it here. The owner of the property has always been very eager to improve the community appearance and offer plenty of upgrades. He also makes it a top priority to communicate any upcoming changes or expectations, which makes it so easy to love living here. we are proud to say that we live in Crepemyrtle.

 As a single mom raising three children, I can say Crepemyrtle neighborhood has been nothing short of amazing place to live. The staff and the community have always been extremely welcoming and supportive when either myself are my children needed.10/10,. I would definitely recommend living here.

  Crepemyrtle is where I have lived since the end of 2017. I can say that I have always felt safe in this community. The manager is always just a phone call away when we need anything. The owner drives through the park to make sure our community is looking its best, having an owner and a manager that cares so much makes me proud to live here.

   I've lived at Crepemyrtle since 2016 and it's been a great experience. Good neighbors and the owner and manager do a good job in maintaining the neighborhood. Many improvements have been made and during hurricanes Rocky gives us updates on damage and outages, truly a great place to live

     My family and I moved to Crepemyrtle in the 90's. It was very rural back then, before the city owned the road and had its own street signs. New Snow Circle. I was there when we hooked up to city utilities, and we no longer had to carry those heavy bags of salt for the water tank. I  was there before the bus stop building, before the road was asphalt. I've seen firsthand the changes and struggles this community has been thru, especially recently, as suburbia makes its way across the changing landscape. I've always appreciated living here and have over three decades of great memories with Crepemyrtle as the backdrop. I would recommend this place to only my very best friends.
